Delivery and Payment

How much is going to cost?
We can deliver your orders to any address in Bulgaria. Deliveries are made by the ECONT, according to their current pricing policies, to office of Econt or address specified by the customer. Delivery costs are paid in full by the customer to the courier or at the office of Econt. If you are ordering for outside of Bulgaria refer to the table on your left for more information about delivery price and estimate delivery period in terms of days.

When will my order arrive ?
It is very important for us that your order to arrives as quickly as possible to the address that you have specify in your order form. We are shipping the items on the same day, if possible, or the next day.If you are ordering a ring, there may be a delay of 2 to 3 working days from standard delivery time in order to complete the necessary corrections and send the ring you purchased resized appropriately for you. Only then we will pass the parcel into the hands of the courier for next day delivery. In this cases the maximum period of time for delivery for ordered items will be from 3 to 4 working days for the Republic of Bulgaria. Of course, don't hesitate to contacts us if your time is of a great value so we can arrange express delivery. Upon receipt of the shipment check the product for any manufacturing defects or transport damage in front of the courier.
